"We needed a spot near the train station to catch an early train in the morning. It is an easy 8 to 10 minute walk to the station. The room is simple, but well furnished, and plenty of space for two people. Nice bathroom, good shower. There is a functional kitchen with some basics if you want to cook your own food, and there are many restaurants within a very short walk if you want just a quick bite. Good value for money, perfect for what we wanted."

"The room was spacious and clean the staff were very polite and friendly. The hotel is situated close to the Town center 5 minutes walk, Wolves football ground 2 minutes walk and Train station & bus station 15 walk. The Civic Centre ( for concerts) is 2 minutes walk."

"Staff was wonderful. Stayed on a night of racing which led to things being fairly loud until 10pm. Great location though."

"Very reasonable accommodation for the price, in a central location close to the train station. The property itself was in need of some modernisation and a deep clean in places but overall it was quiet and comfortable, with a basic kitchen and secure parking. Check-in instructions could have been clearer and ideally sent in advance of the check-in time."

"The hotel looks tired including the decor at the entrance of faded artificial flower garlands and lounge furniture Cleaners cleaning bathroom surfaces with bathroom towels and wiping glasses and mugs with napkins rather than washing them Wobbly toilet roll holder and toilet seat"

"I demand a refund. I waited in the dark in the rain for the host to give me the code to get in. The host did not answer calls. This was an emergency to get to the nearby hospital to visit a critically ill relative. I did not stay and booked another place "

"This was cancelled the afternoon before we were due to travel the next morning.as you can appreciate this is unacceptable and very stressful for our family.thought it was disgusting to do that at such short notice."

"We booked the apartment in August 2023 so the family could attend a music event which was local to apartment. On the day of Travel 26th April 2024 the booking was cancelled via email.. No phone call to warn us but an alternative 30+ miles away was offered in the email. Unfortunetly many other people have fallen fowl to this sort of approach due to many hotels being sold out and high prices starting to appear due to both the music event and a Wolves home football game. Many hotels coming back up...

"Absolutely horrendous experience with a "host" who was completely unreasonable and unfair, that ruined our weekend and left us with a loss of money (and extra unofficial charges through PayPal) and no where to stay. Never again and would advise starting well clear. "
