"Construction was happening but the front desk clerk, Geoffrey was incredibly helpful with instructions for driving, parking, etc.. Very clear and thorough.

There’s room service & deliveries from Instacart if needed for groceries or outside food/beverage source. Personalized concierge service is good. Our stay was 10 days - they accommodated our extended stay flawlessly. My only complaint is the room temperature everywhere; it can be stuffy moving place to place. Take a fan to cool off in...

"Best breakfast provided in area. Room cleaned every other day. Great location if using Mayo hospitals. Hotel shuttle top shelf. Drivers very helpful. Work out room spotless always. Best large lobby for use to eat order out or watch tv with refreshments. Parking inside if desired. Beautiful long trail system right out door for miles. I spent 28 days while having treatments. Hotel staff top shelf."

"Staff was very nice and accommodating, the best I have seen in a long time. The room was clean and had more than enough room. I enjoyed the breakfast every morning and the free bottle water. Panera's and Buffalo Wild Wings next door was so convenient. Used the workout room, the pool and took a few trips down the walking trails right next to the building. Used the shuttle to the Mayo clinic which was right on time both ways and the driver was also very nice. We enjoyed our stay here a lot and...

While there, we had the workout room/pool to ourselves. The complimentary breakfast had a nice variety of options for my family.

"Todo estuvo muy bueno solo que la piscina la mañana del domingo estuvo cerrada por mantenimiento a las 11 am aún seguía cerrada. El hidromasaje cerrado porque estaba dañado fueron cosas que no pudimos disfrutar en nuestra estadía …el fin de semana no deben poner en mantenimiento la piscina ..es una sugerencia "
