"The location nd space was amazing…but it was the stellar staff that get the top notch accolades. They were all so friendly and helpful from the minute we arrived to the time we left. And not just doing little things, but things rarely done now. They happened to ask about our plans for the day and when they heard we had a full day travel trip they made us a goodie bag with treats and apples. I found everything about this stay to be wonderful and look forward to a return!"

"Excellent kind enthusiastic staff and new manager. Wonderful accommodations with little extras everywhere (even the guitar in the room was tuned). Loved the breakfasts and appreciated the location... so close to everything Edinburgh!"

"Very well kept property and comfortable room. Central location and only a 12 minute walk to Edinburgh Castle. Lots of dining options nearby. Would definitely recommend. "

"The location is fabulous, as this property is located on the edge of old town and one block away from new town, a 3 minute walk from the train station, and very walkable to everywhere else in Edinburgh. The property itself is right above a couple of pubs, and is was a little lively on Friday and Saturday nights, but quiet on the weeknights. The entry/access system is wonderful. The apartment itself was well stocked and modern. Would stay there again. "

"The location of this hotel is very centrally located and it was fun being inside the mall and next door to a movie theater. The rooms are modern; however, the air conditioning did not work very well and our room always felt hot. The bar outside of the hotel was noisy at night and we had to keep our windows open because our room was so warm. Our biggest issue with the hotel was the “king size bed”. "Very convenient location (incl own restaurant and several nearby), comfortable bed, clean. The staff was very friendly and professional. What I did not like was how hot the hallways and rooms were. There should have been air conditioning in a hotel of this price. A small fan does not help much. Also the ventilation in the pool area was not good either."
