"Love this hotel. If you're coming on the train or bus, it's very convenient. I don't love staying near the beach, so it's great and really all of Brighton is a short walk anyway. It's close to the Lanes, clean and affordable, always my 'go to' when in Brighton."

"It's a great location. Quiet, but near the shops and seafront. Very helpful staff and a comfortable room. Not a big room, but what you'd expect for a period property like this. The place itself is very stylish and well decorated."

"Staff are great, very helpful and accommodating. The room also had a waterdrop water filter, vacuum robot and large dehumidifier. The dehumidifier did stop working sometimes but was not a major issue. The AC worked very well. There was plenty of toilet paper provided and did not need to ask. Both the room and toilet were clean. We enjoyed our stay, would recommend."

"This property functions like a guest house with a welcoming gal: cozy bedroom-like room; reminiscent of a big English home. And the windows actually open! Unlike traditional hotels where an open window is unheard of! Convenient stroll to the English Channel and beach. It was a sweet spot."

"We booked a luxury double. It was a very small room. The furniture was a bit tired and had some stains on the chair. Not enough ventilation as could hardly open the windows. No hairdryer in room had to ask for one. Wasn’t worth the money we paid. Didn’t have breakfast. No parking. Wouldn’t stay there again as I know there are cheaper and better places."

"Great location right near the beach and added bonus of on site parking. Our room was spacious and clean, and the bed was so comfortable. Bathroom had a walk in shower as well as a tub and toiletries were included. No AC but fans were provided. There was a bit of traffic noise but didn’t bother us too much. Ear plugs are in the room if needed. Recommend staying here for the great location and cosy room."

"Very responsive and helpful communication. Canceled flights meant very late arrival and the directions that were given to get in were so clear and easy . Nice room with windows that open easily really clean. with a breakfast tray . But the location is so wonderful with coffee"

"Great location, and a good sized room. No air conditioning, and the fan provided wasn't that efficient. The wet room style of bathroom meant that shower water often pooled by the loo, (whose seat was a bit loose). I stayed for two nights and despite the notice that my room would be serviced from 10 am, when I got back to my room at 12.30 on my second day it had not been touched. "Staying at the Numa is a real pain, which is a shame because the place, location and rooms are very good. It’s a digital check in and you need their website and then their App and then both SMS and WhatsApp and then your ID. When you get your code it is only valid for 3 minutes???? Your access PIN is 5 numbers. They could have made it worse but probably stopped after making it such a performance. You probably need about a hour to go through all their hoops. Don’t stay in Room 108. It overlooks...
