"We spent 5 night there, pleasant stay. The staff was very helpful. My only comment is that the breakfast was weak. In particular the eggs were terrible. Breakfast needed more variety."

"Clean, close to UO, great view and room, great overall place to stay when visiting your Duck!"

"Nice place. Clean and convenient."

"The lady working dayshift front desk was extremely rude and would not let me finish organizing my car because it was after checkout. She was very unprofessional and not polite nor courteous. I am a first responder and needed to get my vehicle prepared for the next assignment and there was no one else in the parking lot when she insisted that I leave immediately. I’ve stayed there previously with no issues, but I I will not stay there again as she was extremely rude. The gentleman working night...

"Nice, new, clean hotel. BUT when we arrived at 4:01 pm for our 4 pm check in they told us we had to wait because the Oregon Ducks football team stayed there the night before and didn't leave the rooms until 3:30 pm. NOT our fault. We paid top dollar for a room we had to wait several hours to enter. NOT impressed with the lack of care when we contacted Hyatt."

"Great location, just off Interstate 5. Wonderful breakfast service. I used the fitness room everyday for 5 days. A great value for the area."

"Our TV did not work. I asked them to get management to fix it. They said no one was available to help. I told them I would give them a bad review if they would not fix the TV, but they did not care, so they earned this bad review."

"We made the mistake of of choosing the least expensive (and tiny) room. The breakfast was lovely, the grounds delightful, the location to die for, but the room!"

"We had a great stay. We got upgraded to a better room for no charge. Good place to stay for a Duck game."

"Staff and Breakfast are both good. But there is still a smell left from the new decoration in the room"
