"I only stayed here for one night before jumping on the train to head to another destination for work, but I had a really positive experience. Loved that it was such a short walk to the Nice-ville train station. I arrived earlier than check-in and the staff was so warm and welcoming. They offered me espresso and water and showed me I could do some work on my laptop while I waited for my room to be ready. They stored my luggage for me until my room was ready. "Hotellet serverte en god frokost med godt utvalg og høy kvalitet. Vi fikk både oppgradert rom og sen utsjekk, noe som gjorde oppholdet ekstra hyggelig. Personalet var serviceinnstilt, hjelpsomme og imøtekommende gjennom hele oppholdet. Hotellet ligger bare 5 minutter fra Nice-Ville stasjon, noe som gjør det enkelt å komme seg til og fra hotellet med tog. Samtidig tar det bare 15 minutter å gå ned til stranden og strandpromenaden."

"This has to be one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in as bed was so comfortable & shower fantastic. You cannot beat the location. Situated in the Old Town of Nice & 5 mins to the beautiful Promenade Des Anglais. If we are lucky enough to come to Nice again this is where I would stay. Lovely helpful staff also. "

"Great location, right next to the train station so going to day trips along the coast is really easy, it’s also close by to a large moniprix if you want to grab any essentials. Hotel room itself is decent sized for two people, bed quality is good, breakfast nothing special. Would recommend for a weekend"

"Beautiful hotel & checkin/out process was fast & efficient. Staff so friendly! Rooms not huge & very dimm lighting but sufficient for our quick stay. Bathroom & shower are great! Close to tram to old town and a quick walk to beach. Breakfast items couldve been replenished more when big crowd. If you dont want cappuccino from machine you can pay extra for authentic…may take a while to get it."

"We loved staying at Hotel Neptune. Its proximity to the tram, beach and promenade, restaurants, etc, were perfect. The size of the room was just fine for two travelers and our suitcases. We didn’t unpack as there’s room to do so but were able to hang up a few items. The full shower was great as well."

"The only thing good I have to say about this property is it was in a great location but up 3 flights of stairs, horrible, with no lift. There is no real bathroom….You walk in and there is a random sink and shower in your sleeping area. There is no room to even place a bar of soap. Expedia, how do you allow these bookings on your website? Our sink smelled of sewer for the first two nights. No compensation and the last two nights the family above us ran around like animals until after midnight. I...

"Excellent and very helpful staff. A staff member showed me all the interesting spots to go in the city and was super helpful in giving advice on the city. I loved the location of this hotel and it was super close to a tram stop and well as the train to get to surrounding cities (Antibes, Monaco, etc.). Super comfortable and clean; I would love to go back again."

"This was a perfect hotel for exploring Nice! The staff were all so friendly and helpful, especially Maria and John. They provided me with extra coffee pods and milk and were always there to answer question. My room was quiet, clean and cool, my three most important things in a hotel."
