"Only have 2 suggestions: the toilet paper does not match the quality of this hotel, in room dining ( breakfast) needs work. It should not state that in room dining starts at 6:30. They are never ready for delivery of breakfast at that hour. It is a negotiation as to when they will deliver it. And at that point, it is still late. Kind of a problem when you have to be somewhere early. "

"Bring a cooler. First hotel I've ever stayed without a refrigerator. Tried to get a coffee one morning and was treated like a 5 y/o. Had to wait at the hostess stand while being rang up $4 and then instructed to follow to the bar where I sat and was brought a small cup of coffee and w sugar packs and carton of half and half. Horrible hotel for as much as I paid. $60 parking as well. Never again!"

Positive: all the staff members were very nice, vey helpful. The breakfast was a real breakfast and we could actually eat in real plates using real ustensils; something rare in many american hotels, even 4 stars. Also it is very well positioned. Would recommend "
