"Upon checking in the hostess was very nice but failed to tell us that the elevator was out and you have to walk the steps. Stairwell was very hot due to no air condition. We had to walk to the fourth floor and on our way up to the room we ran into a man probably 60 to 70 years old walking down the steps and complaining that this had been the fifth time that the elevator had been out since Sunday. I felt really bad for the poor man. There’s no way that there’s only one elevator in this building...

Pictures online don’t depict the true nature of the room/bathroom. The bathroom was very questionable, it was not clean. "We had a door and toilet that didn’t work in our 1st room (after unpacking:(). We were moved to a 2nd room and also had toilet issues there that couldn’t be solved until the next morning:(. We did not swim or attend the breakfast, but both seemed great. Staff was friendly."

"The room was clean with plenty of parking. Breakfast was pretty good. Elevators were a little dirty. Front desk was helpful but there was a storm during our stay. The pool wasnt open on time the next day. We didnt know this and went and asked how to access the pool, dressed in suits with towels. He told us and after we went outside we saw it was closed.
