"Would highly recommend for any group looking to stay near Lake Rathbun. This property was the perfect spot for our 8 couples to stay comfortably with some privacy. The property manager was incredibly helpful and accommodating to ensure we had a positive experience. Incredible experience all around!"

"Came here for a fishing get away with the boys and this place was awesome, close to the lake and clean more than enough room. Enjoyed our stay"

"Great location for wedding held at emerald hills event center. Easy drive to get gas, groceries…etcThe house was very clean and comfortable. The wrap around deck was wonderful. We used the grill and it worked great. Our dogs loved the large yard. We played bocce ball, corn hole and sat around the pool. It was fantastic. The kitchen was fully equipped and user friendly! The basement is great set up with small bar and the outdoor access makes it so easy for dogs. There were 6 of us plus 2 dogs...

"This was a nice home for a weekend getaway with the family. We've stayed at these homes a few times now and have had fun each time. The pool is always nice and the night skies are always spectacular. The only minor things were that it can be loud since it's mostly hard surfaces, and could have been a bit more clean before we arrived. Also it appeared that there weren't any chlorine tablets in the pool? Could be wrong on that. But again, overall, we enjoy our time in these houses in the...

"All and all the stay was almost perfect. Our daughter rented a cabin across the way that was dog friendly. A few small inconveniences need to be address by the property owner, lightbulb on the microwave to the stove is out, downstairs toilet runs frequently, reclining chair is broken and does not lock up after foot rest is extended. However all of these were small and did not interrupt our vacation weekend. Lovely cabin. "

Place was clean, granola was DELICIOUS, neighborhood was quiet, bed was comfy. Unwound with a little Sinatra and Joplin on the turntable. The place is exactly as described. I would 100% stay again. As others have mentioned the bathroom is ground level so if you have to pee 2-3/night like this old lady does, if you can take the little bedroom...
