  • Revive los maravillosos años 60 en nuestra popular casa del lago Strawberry Fields. Ubicado en las colinas del condado de Monroe / Brown en el hermoso lago Lemon, Strawberry Fields está repleto de recuerdos de los años 60 y tributos de los Beatles, y ha servido como Family Fun Central para decenas de familias de vacaciones desde la década de 1960.

Strawberry Fields es perfecto para familias y grandes reuniones, y ofrece lo último en alojamiento para niños con su acceso al lago suavemente inclinado y un patio trasero grande pero plano que es ideal para lanzar Frisbee o jugar croquet. If you’re looking for a nice old fashioned home on the lake , this is the one! The host was very friendly and nice. Perfect location for great fishing and relaxation. I will definitely book again.

This is a great place to make memories with your kids and fur babies. If you are looking for fancy, this isn't it, if you want true lake front vibes this is the best place to make that happen.

If you are looking for a cookie cutter, private equity (kicking out locals), clean and white, lake house, look elsewhere and spend out your butt. If you are looking for what these sorts of sites use to be, and a true lake house, this is for you. It is smaller, it is older, it could absolutely use updating, but it was amazing. My kids loved it, dog loved it, we love it, why the heck would I want anything else?

We've stayed here for two summer vacations and a fall break the past two years. The house has a very cute strawberry theme. We love the location, lot, and amenities - the pea gravel ramp is great for both kids and kayaks/Sunfish sailboats to launch into the lake, and the back lawn is wonderful for yard games. Also appreciate the availability of the kayaks, lily pad, extra life jackets, and Tonka trucks, and there's bound to be the tool you need in the kitchen. The beds / bedrooms are clean, and there's plenty of extra towels. We wiped down the kayaks and paddles we wanted to use, which was no problem - happy to have them. Pet friendly is another bonus. We find great value here and appreciate this is a 1950s lake cottage that has been a family gathering place for Sura Gail's family for years. Sura is also environmentally focused, and we appreciate she provides, e.g., cloth rags to use in addition to paper towels and recycling options. We look forward to returning.

Wonderful location

Very nice spot on the lake. The home has character. It's nice to be able to walk to the Port Hole and it's not a far drive to Bloomington.

Lake Lemon

The lake view was beautiful. Great fishing. Comfortable, pet friendly home. Owner was accomadating and reached out to let us know she was available if we had any needs. We had a great time here.

We didn’t spend much time there do to having a wedding, very roomy and the view is amazing. I want to come back just to sit by the water with a cup of coffee in the morning and wine in evening

Loved it there

We loved the lake front house lots of room for the kids and stuff for them to do. Stores and stuff not to far to drive. Just very relaxing we enjoyed our stay. Thank you Sura for letting us stay in your house on the lake

Perfect Man Cave

Looking for a bachelor party / house for an away football game. This place was perfect. Didn’t realize there was a bar within walking distance which made it all the more awesome! Ping pong table was a perfect addition too!

Peaceful Lake Lemon Getaway

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Strawberry Fields Lake House. We loved the view that we had of Lake Lemon. Thought about returning for a third time.

Family and pet friendly

Very relaxed, great yard to play in. Felt very comfortable and had plenty of room when the kids and grandkids came for dinner. Owner very nice. Pot hole inn has delicious food. Catfish was a huge hit with the grandson and hubby.

Lake Lemon Stay

Great location and home. No hot tub as listed, not cleaned well, ceiling in kitchen leaked water when it rained. I cleaned everything I touched basically but this house would still be amazing for a low key summer break stay with friends to enjoy the lake.

Great lake house

We came down to this property for a little girls weekend. It was amazing! We got to ride in The Kayaks and take our dogs down to the lake to swim. It was a very comfortable home to stay in. Definitely a true lake house and a wonderful place to visit. The owner was very friendly and wonderful to work with, definitely plan on coming back year after year
