"I have never stayed in such a terrible place. It was old and dilapidated, felt eerie, and was crawling with bugs. There was an unpleasant odor, and the cleanliness was poor—the washing machine was filthy and moldy, filled with dog hair. In short, the place bore no resemblance to the photos; it was a truly awful experience."

"Excellent location and was very clean. I didn’t read the description closely and didn’t realize that it was a dorm fridge and no kitchen. There was a keurig but no pods so be sure to pack your own. I would recommend this place. It’s within walking distance to the trail and restaurants and shops."

"This was the second time my husband and I stayed at Trailside Hotel, and unfortunately this was a drastically different experience than the first. "The place was nice and everything until there was a mouse in the house. I contact the host and let them know but all I got was a message back saying "Theres traps laid out, housekeeping cannot do anything else." I requested a refund from there as I have a huge fear of mice and it made my stay uncomfortable..got silence. Probably wont be back until they can take care of the mouse problem."
