Nestled in the North Devon countryside this barn conversion is close to many idyllic places, including Saunton Sands (17 miles), which is popular with surfers and has three miles of sandy beach to explore. Also close by are the beaches of Croyde (20 miles) and Woolacombe (22 miles). Other attractions include RHS Rosemoor Gardens (10 miles), Dartington Crystal (9 miles) and the beautiful Libbaton Golf Club (1 mile). High Bickington is just under a mile away and has two pubs, a tearoom and a community shop.

Stepping into the barn you will immediately feel at home. On the left-hand side of the barn, you will find the open plan kitchen/lounge/dining area. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to bring your other half breakfast in bed or learn new recipes for a romantic dinner. The kitchen comprises an electric oven and hob, fridge with freezer compartment and a washer/dryer. The dining table seats two people, and you can nestle down on the comfortable sofa and watch your favourite movie on the Smart TV. With far-reaching views out of the patio doors that open onto the secluded patio area, you can dine alfresco in style. Leaving the kitchen area you will walk through into the bedroom which has a king-size bed, Smart TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and WC.

Outside there are two patio areas from which to sit and watch the glorious sunsets Devon has to offer. You’ll be surrounded by rolling fields where you are sure to see the local birdlife. There is parking for two cars.
