Air-conditioned, simple, near the sea and beach, on the third floor of a building, pets are welcome at an extra charge. The sandy beach and the beach facilities can be reached on foot in a few minutes. peaceful location to enjoy a relaxing holiday.
The apartment has a kitchen with a kitchenette, dining table, and sofa bed for two people, a balcony overlooking the park and to the side a bit 'of the sea, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with shower, air conditioning, and TV. The proximity of the sandy beach with the possibility to rent deckchairs and umbrellas for families with children, or couples the nearby, beautiful and well-equipped beach with gravel, and the quiet area make the location of the apartment ideal for families with children or for those who love tranquility.
To spend the summer evenings outside the house close to restaurants and bars.
The apartment is located in Zambratija a small fishing village near Umag. The area is unique for its well-equipped sandy beach ideal for children where you can rent deck chairs and umbrellas. The Destino bar on the beach is perfect for spending relaxing evenings admiring the sea and the wonderful sunsets while enjoying the delicious drinks of the bar. The small supermarket with the adjacent bar is great for coffee in the morning.
In the area, there are various possibilities for sports, excellent fish restaurants, pizzerias, and bars on the beach. It is possible to make several excursions for a fee by booking at Trevitours: boat trips, coach trips, trips to Venice, PN Brijuni, and Pula.
In Umag, there is a children's playground, aquarium, and museum to visit. A few kilometers from Grissignana the city of artists, Motovun is known for the film festival, Hum is the smallest city in the world, Aqualandia (water park), and more.

Das Appartement ist super ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Die Gastgeberin war immer erreichbar und sehr nett. Außerdem haben wir von Vesna ein Schreiben bekommen wo interessante Ausflugsziele beschrieben wurden, wovon wir einige besucht haben. Die Lage der Unterkunft war hervorragend, man kam schnell zum Strand und konnte gut zu Fuß die Umgebung erkunden. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Es war alles ok, Abfluss hat ab und zu etwas gerochen. Ansonsten sauber und Betten waren auch ok WLAN musste dazugeordert werden, war aber kein Problem (15€/Woche extra)

Nettes kleines Appartement, für eine Familien mit max 2 kleinen Kindern gut möglich oder weniger Personen. Zum Strand sind es nur ein paar Fußminuten. Parkplatz für Autos nur gegen hohe Bezahlung. Und WLAN wäre toll.

Die Wohnung war für uns ausreichend.Die Lage ist super und nur 1 Minute vom Strand entfernt.Es war alles sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet.Der Abfluss im Badezimmer roch allerdings sehr unangenehm.Wir waren zu viert und ein Hund (Colli).

Die Fewo bietet für 2 Personen ausreichend Platz. Sie befindet sich im 3 Stock eines Mehrparteien Hauses und ist nur über Treppen zu erreichen, mit viel Gepäck sehr mühselig aber zu schaffen. Sie ist mit allen Utensilien, die man braucht ausgestattet. Einige Kochlöffel aus Holz sollten ausgetauscht werden, die Schubfächer mal aussortiert werden und die Sauberkeit der Vormieter genauer kontrolliert werden Das alles ist aber Meckern auf hohen Niveau. Probleme werden hervorragend durch die Agentur gelöst. We love Croatia. ❣

Schöne Wohnung für 2 Personen, für 3 oder 4 Personen wäre sie mir persönlich zu klein. Ein wunderbarer großer geschützter Balkon mit etwas Meerblick. Nur wenige Schritte zum Meer. Nette Strandbars un Restaurants in der Nähe, trotzdem absolut ruhige Lage. Perfekt, um sich zu erholen und eine schöne Zeit zu haben. Einzig der Abfluss im Badezimmer hat ziemlich unangenehm gerochen.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr nah am Meer, ca. 2 Minuten Gehzeit. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist auch sehr gut. Leider keinen Aufzug, aber Treppensteigen hält fit und gesund. Die Klimaanlage ist leider nur im Ess-Kochbereich, somit wird es im Schlafzimmer nicht richtig kalt. Es lässt sich aber gut schlafen. Einzig negativer Punkt: Die Matraze war mir zu hart. Der Balkon ist sehr groß und super Wind- und Wettergeschützt. Alles in Allem eine gute bis sehr gute Wohnung.

je trouve cet appartement tres bien equipé bien situé par rapport a la mer ,le balcon est grand ,et l'apparte est calme seul inconveniant est qu'il est au troisieme etages sans ascenceur et si ont a beaucoup de courses c'est fatiguant avec la chaleur l'agence de location Trevitours et sa gerante Vesna Trevižan et leurs personnels sont tres souriant et competant un grand merci a vous tous

Moderne saubere Wohnung in optimaler Lage in der Nähe von Stein- und Sandstrand. Es gibt einen großen überdachten Balkon und man sieht seitlich ein wenig zum Meer. Verkehrsruhige Lage. Die Küche hat ein gutes Sortiment an Kochutensilien. Alles war gut organisiert und verlief ohne Probleme. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis!

Saubere und Ruhige Unterkunft, alles wichtige wie Strand, Restaurants, kl. Markt Fußläufig in 200 - 300 Metern erreichbar, sehr empfehlenswert für Familien mit Kindern da es sehr sanft ins Wasser geht.
