"This hotel is in a beautiful location and looks lovely , however most of the staff were not helpful at all and I found them rude there is a pool but on arrival we were told this is not for children and very small the spa was not accessible and closed Sunday and Monday and you have to pay to use it around £18 per person the family room was comfy but we had to change to 2 small rooms as we had a 18 year old and we really struggled to sleep in this small rooms as the beds have thin mattresses which...

"Front door took a while to lock; we doubt it locked properly some nights so were very concerned about safety. Listing stated that toiletries would be available and only hand soap was, not any shampoo or body wash which we had to buy ourselves. "Basic but clean, safe and in a beautiful location. Room had a small toilet+shower wetroom and three small beds with foam toppers, alongside a small dining table and a sofa.
