"Awful experience. You have to ask for housekeeping! They didn't even bother the first day, the second they removed dirty towels and replaced with clean ones, that's it! I called reception and ask for them to come back and clean the room, the woman knocked on and asked if I want the bed linen changing... ..."

"Fick initialt vänta 1 timme på incheckning. När vi väl fick rummet så var det mycket dåligt städat. Mattan var smutsig och toaletten hade spår av tidigare gäster m.m. Andra dagen började det bubbla upp ur golvavloppet på toaletten och rummet luktade avlopp. Fick då byta rum, vilket var betydligt ..."

"Our stay at the Carillon was the last night of a Baltic tour. All of the facilities were brand new and excellent condition. Our daughter slept on a rollout sofa which she said provided excellent comfort. The hotel staff was enthusiastic and provided great tips for Riga. Not to mention, the apartments ..."

"Mycket trevligt hotell nära till allt enda som var negativt var att det var varmt på rummet när man bodde högst upp fanns ingen ac men en fläkt fanns så var det lite otäckt att ta sig ur badkaret inget för pensionärer!"
