"Excellent stay with outstanding service! I had a wonderful experience at the Diplomat Hotel, largely thanks to the incredible staff. Every interaction was smooth, welcoming, and professional. I want to give a special mention to staff on duty when checked in, who went above and beyond to be helpful during my stay. Her exceptional service, attentive care, and warm hospitality made a huge difference and truly made me feel valued as a guest. The entire team here clearly works hard to ensure guests...

"Absolutely fantastic stay! Wonderful wellness facilities, spotless rooms and genuinely lovely staff throughout the hotel. The exceptionally warm and friendly welcome at reception made my stay even more special! Highly recommended! I’ll definitely be back on my next visit to Prague."

"Nice clean hotel on airport property, and a fifteen-twenty minute walk to the terminals. The front desk staff could take a lesson friendliness. My biggest beef with the property is that it doesn't have a room with two queen beds, so traveling as a family of four required us to book two rooms."

"Very good Hotel and location, 2 minutes from station. Friendly staff. My only observation is the breakfast rooms are very busy and noisy. Its best to use the side room for a bit of peace and quiet. But overall a really good hotel local coffee shops and 24 hour shops close by and local bars."

"Expect to carry luggage up 2 short flights of stairs. There no valet service or ramp"

"Amazing for spend few days in Prague!"

"Thanks"

"Clean upscale hotel."

"With our 5 Country tour and Hotel Roma was the best thus far of three. The people the area of convenience attractions all centrally located to good fun and easy local public transportation that was a breeze to take with my smart and handsome companion for this trip. We are already planning the larger trip with others for next years. The perfect hotel it was for us and spacious and well maintained for it being historical. Excellent!!!!"
