"Right off the highway, easy to find. Maintained outdoors but does carry its own character and odor indoors. Rooms were good size, had full kitchen, table, closet space. They did have a laundry on the first floor, an elevator and available stairs. The bedding did have stains, some burn holes, and the room smelt like it once was a smokers at some point, which wasnt overpowering, but it was there. "The tiny house was so lovely! Really cute and cozy. The only issues were that the outside string lights were pretty bright and made it harder to sleep (there might have been a way to turn them off, we just couldn’t find it) and it did smell a bit like cigarette smoke inside, but not too badly. "Excellent arrangement offering a mother-in-law suite with kitchenette, living room, bedroom, bathroom, and stacked laundry machines. Was perfect for us for a week while waiting fir our closing during our relocation. Sunday was very easy to communicate with via the VRBO app. High-tech set up as well. Would recommend highly!"

"The property was exactly what we hoped for: beautiful landscape, great location, a comfortable setup, and thoughtful amenities that made the stay feel easy from day one. We really enjoyed the private river area, comfortable beds, cold A/C and easy check-in/out. Just a couple things to note: the house is on a slope, with several stairs to climb to get to the front door. Also, there is not a fenced area for the dogs."
