The lovingly furnished clinker brick holiday home for the whole holiday year invites you to relax with its 106 m². It has 3 bedrooms for a total of 8 people (WITHOUT an extra bed in the living room). The spacious and comfortable bathroom on the upper floor is equipped with a tub, shower, toilet and soapstone heating. There is a separate guest toilet on the ground floor. The 'Captain's Room' and the 'Parents' Bedroom' (because they are equipped with cots) are equipped with a TV and DVD player. The third bedroom 'Bettenburg' has two single beds and a large pull-out bed (160 cm) with a closet. Two very high chairs, changing mat and bed nest are available for the very young residents. A second cot is possible on request. The stairs are also equipped with a stair gate so that nobody can 'fall'.
In one of the bedrooms there is also a safe for the safe storage of your valuables.

The whole house has underfloor heating, external roller blinds and fly screens. Thanks to the good insulation by clinker on the outer walls, it is cozy and warm in winter and offers a pleasantly tempered living area in summer.

On the ground floor you will find a 45 m², bright living area with a perfectly equipped kitchen, spacious dining area and cozy living room. The living room relax on a large leather corner couch and armchair. In terms of technology, you will find a stereo system, television with free Sky reception and DVD player.
You can sit comfortably at a large dining table for 8 people. Dishes are generous 16x. The entire living and dining area is individually equipped with solid wood furniture. On the ground floor there is also a utility room for small laundry with a washing machine and dryer, as well as a clothes horse, ironing board and iron. From the bright living area, two large double doors open onto the terrace, which extends on two sides of the house. This is generously furnished with wooden furniture, a beach chair, gr. Market umbrella and brick grill. There are rings with leashes for dogs on two house walls, since the garden is only limited by boulders.


The 8-sea water corner is located in the former fishing village of Ückeritz, which today belongs to the amber baths.
Our holiday home was again classified with 5 stars in November 2015 and is ideal for a relaxed family and friends vacation. In the off-season and pre-season it is also interesting for couples due to its attractive pricing. In the months of October to March, we greet you with a food voucher for the German House, a homemade jam and also a sauna voucher for each adult guest for the nearby sauna.

From the 8-sea corner you can quickly (20 minutes on foot, 8 minutes by bike) the beautiful Baltic Sea with its white sandy beaches, which was voted the most beautiful Baltic Sea beach in 2016. The sunset over the backwaters can be admired from the terrace. Shops and excellent restaurants (German House) are very well given in the village and within walking distance. Hikers and cyclists will get their money's worth here, because only a few minutes separate the 8-sea area from the bird conservation area around the Melle, while you can get to the neighboring Loddin on a well-developed path. You can also explore the island and Poland, 20 km away, very well from here with the Usedom Bathing Railway, which can be reached in a few minutes on foot.
