"The property was absolutely beautiful but that being said we had some major issues. First off you need a serious 4wd vehicle to even get to the property and had no idea before. Luckily we had a 4wd suv and it barely made it. Once we got there the staff was very nice and welcoming. The property was beautiful and we were very impressed. We were told we were getting upgraded because the resort was empty. We asked if the pool in the upgrade was heated since we had previously requested the outdoor...

"Definitely gives motel vibes, was not provided with breakfast even though it was paid for since they had no option in allowing persons travelling early to have it to go. Do note that even after paying on Expedia you also have to pay taxes on premises when checking in also!"

"This accommodation is situated right in the heart of the old town. We were able to walk to everything we wanted to see.
Our rooms were wonderful. We ate at both restaurants are were very impressed with the extensive menu and quality of the dishes.
The pool was a lovely way to wind down after a day of sightseeing.
We would definitely stay here again."

"Lobby & eating areas were clean. Breakfast was decent. View from room was basic. There is hot water, an iron board and iron. Room has a full length mirror. Staff was very helpful and patient with us as non spanish speakers. Room was spacious enough for 2. Located close to restaurants/cafes.
Noted concern: marks on bed linens as if it was dirty. Sheets/pillowcases weren't changed after they were advised. We stayed for 6 nights. Though room service visited daily, towels weren't always changed."
