"This is a great place to stay. Minutes to light rail, clean neighborhood, and great morning restaurant close by with great food. This is a good place to explore Seattle. I would certainly stay here. "

"The Graduate is a cool, stylish choice. It is mostly aimed at a younger crowd (we are in our 40's and were there with our daughter), but we all found it comfortable. The rooftop bar, the Mountaineering Club, is a great place for panoramic views of Seattle. The U District is as central a location as you will find, but be aware that there will be noise on the street at night if you keep your windows open. "Perfect location just outside of the city, but in a Great Seattle neighborhood! Great place for people who are out and about in the day. Walls are thin just fyi, but I would definitely stay again. Communication with owner was fantastic as well! "

"The stay was great and the room was just fine. Had everything i needed. Shopping and dining were walkable and there were plenty of options. I really liked the check in process. It seemed intrusive at first but it made everything super convenient when i arrived. The parking was the only down side but even that really wasnt to bad. I will definitely stay here again. Super affordable."

"Even though the suite is small, it’s clean and serves its purpose! Each suite seems to have its own private bathroom, though they aren’t attached to the suite so you have to enter a common hall to use the bathroom. Each one has a code though and feels secure and is well stocked with towels and paper products. Bed was comfy, building was quiet! Check in was super easy and street parking wasn’t too hard to find!"

"Was a little concerned to stay here because I saw some bad reviews but I stayed at this property for 5 nights and as a young solo female traveler I felt completely safe here and would love to stay here again when I come back to Seattle! It’s a cute little property with everything I needed, the other guests were quiet and respectful as well. "Landlord is super kind and friendly! Highly recommend this place if you come to visit Seattle! Only if you don’t drive a car, maybe you should walk a loooong steep road. Overall, it’s pretty good!"

"The property was amazing. Things I didn’t like, it was a basement unit, and always cool. No way to control the temperature ( that I could find) in the unit. The only parking is on the street. I had to plan ahead what to bring in. The neighbors in the back, had an Apple tree. There were yucky, dead apples all along the path to the back and the stairs. I was visiting my grandson in the UW district. Was very convenient for that "
