"The staff was amazing, the multiple restaurants were amazing. Everything is new and clean. I recommend this hotel... unless you are a couple looking for an escape away from kids. The pool was so peaceful in the early morning but then by 9 am the entire pool was filled with screaming children. It took away the luxury feel and for the price we paid we probably wouldn't return unless they build an adults only pool in the future. If you do have kids, great place to bring them. Also we don't golf...

"We booked this Hotel for an employee doing work in St. George. When he got there they wouldn't let him check in and so he called me and I had to fill out some paper saying he was the one staying there and verifying my card info. After all of this run around they couldn't get it figured out so we had to have our guy go to another hotel to stay the night. Very inconvenient and unprofessional."

"We needed a place to rest the night and it sufficiently fulfilled that need. When we first sat on one of the beds in the room, the bed collapsed. It was a mattress on a board that was precariously balanced on top of a square wood frame. Once we got the board squared on the wood, we were good the rest of the night. There was random people’s stuff in the drawers and the bathroom still had stuff in the floor corners - like an ibuprofen that had maybe missed someone’s mouth? I wouldn’t stay here...

"The room was clean, beautiful pool and hot tub. Close to amenities and National Parks. The only thing I would change about the hotel is to make sure the shampoo, conditioner and soap is in the room upon arrival. We had to go to the front desk for everything including toilet paper. Otherwise we loved it."
