"My daughter and I stayed at the Hyatt Regency SOMA for four nights - the hotel is beautiful, tastefully decorated and exceptionally clean. The room was spotless, the staff was friendly and the prompt daily room service was appreciated. We took advantage of the food in the Regency Room - snacks and beverages available all day, breakfast was a plentiful buffet which we enjoyed every morning. The staff behind the desk were always very helpful as we were new to the city - they helped us with taxis...

"We stay at a lot of Four Seasons and this one seemed just like an average hotel room. It was nice but for the price you pay it should be excellent. The room was just so-so for us. We had to move rooms when we first got there because the toilet was broken. After a long day of traveling that was aggravating. Some of our other family stayed at the Ritz and it was much better IMO. For the price, I’d stay somewhere else."

My best friend and I had a lot of catching up to do after eight years of not seeing each other, and the staff were very nice about letting us continue our tete-a-tete in the Garden Court well after breakfast and almost into the lunch service! Every staff member, from housekeeping, to the front desk to the valet to the concierge are truly excellent people!"

"Uns hat gut gefallen, dass es am Morgen gratis Kaffee und Tee gab, den man sich nehmen konnte. Weiterhin war das Ambiente sehr schön und natürlich auch die Lage des Hotels für die Stadt. Nicht so gut hat uns gefallen die Lautstärke, die man im Zimmer von der Straße wahrgenommen hat, obwohl wir im fünften Stock waren."

"Stayed over from 7/5 to 7/9. The hotel was clean and the service ok. Rooms not ready at 3 pm... had to wait till 3:30 for one and 3:45 for the other, I did not like that after we arrived before 12pm. I checked in right away at 12 and for sure they took my $300 deposit for each room right away but rooms not ready at 3pm. Margarita at the bar restaurant Cable 55 were horrible! Food was mediocre at best. Too expensive and didn't go back. After that everything went well. Don't know if I'll be back...

"Staff was extremely nice and helpful—I’ve never been to a hotel with better service. There is a convenient bus stop directly in front of the hotel’s main entrance that is used by several routes around the city and nearly every train route is just a few steps away as well. Room was clean and had wonderful lights that could dim. Beds were soft and comfortable and fairly large for what we needed. Hotel Zelos will definitely be our pick for our next trip to San Francisco."

"To tier, our room was cleaned daily. All necessities restocked without having to contact front desk. Walking distance to shopping stores. Multiple food places to choose from on the same street, walking distance. Location was great."
