"Adorably decorated hotel. Staff was super friendly. Place is very clean. We stayed two nights. No one brought in clean towels or the bottled water that was supposed to be there. I guess you have to ask for maid service for that stuff. "

"Didn’t clean room but once during the entire 4 day stay. Had to ask for toilet paper and towels and a bag to empty out trash cans in room cause they were overflowing "

"There was urine in one of the mattresses and the towels were stained. We booked for 3 guest and didn’t have any sheets or pillows for the sofa bed. All they offered was a credit to stay there again. I won’t stay there again not even for free. "

"I stayed for a wedding, this was the bride’s room block. The hotel was nice, the rooms were fine but very sterile, no character. The floors in the rooms were vinyl and so it was very echoey. The bathroom door was steel, it felt like I was in a hospital. There also weren’t normal hotel amenities like q tips and a shower cap, but there was a kitchen and plenty of tools. They were sold out while we were there and had no extra pillows when I requested them. I’ve been staying in hotels for over 30...

"This hotel is located near the Connector line and walkable to quite a few tourist spots. The breakfast had reasonable options and the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the downstairs space, which included a pool table and pool. We only wished the water pressure and temp was a little more/hotter and our room hadn't been cleaned/disturbed since we left the hanger on the door asking for no disruption. (we had a short visit)"

"The Covington as a whole is lovely. Next time we will try the primary hotel instead of North by Covington. While the accommodations were lovely and provided space beyond our needs, there was a lot of noise from other rooms (showers, walking, conversations, doors slamming). The balcony was nice to have with the spring weather. The car service was exceptional! Staff was responsive and accommodating. We loved the neighborhood. "

"My adult son and I were visiting the Cincinnati museum at Union Terminal. We needed an inexpensive place to stay and decided to go across the river to this location in Kentucky. Our suite consisted of two separate bedrooms and a Jack and Jill situation with the bathroom. It was the perfect solution to spend time together and still have privacy for sleeping.
