"My family and I took our kids to Atlanta to the aquarium to celebrate our son’s birthday. The interior of the home was not only beautiful but immaculate. The simplistic elegance of the decor was perfect, relaxing and comfortable. The host and I communicated via text several times and they very sweetly gave us recommendations for when we went to the aquarium. "I check in at 4pm & I ended up leaving at 8:30pm I was suppose to stay the weekend. place was partially clean, trash wasnt taking out, food in refrigerator. I found out the reason why later on.. when i read description it had stated that " You'll have the entire place & will share it with other guest in YOUR party". Which it was FALSE!! "After messing up my booking and receiving the most wonderful help I was able to get my stay here step up. I must say this was a blessing to be in during my transition.I had the pleasure of staying here in a very dark time in my story. Having the opportunity to stay here and to feel safe was everything. "The place was fine. Needs some attention, and had lots of minor things (needed towels, toilet paper, ant killer, heat) and owner was very responsive, though still waiting on refund that we didn’t receive. It served its purpose, and typically you wouldn’t need heat in Atlanta but one night the house hvac was at 56 degrees. This was during a snow storm so again, we know that’s usual. The owner seemed to be very responsive and helpful but once he took care of it, he never gave refund. "

"Beautiful home, enjoyed the stay had everything you'd need except face towels i bought 4 other people with me 3 kids and one other adult but it was only 2 face towels, other than that very nice stay. I'd stay again "

"The property is just like the pictures on the listing. The decor was nice and it was equipped with all the small things you would need.Once we arrived I started noticing small things that needs to be updated. The house is located in cul-de-sac which was nice,but the neighborhood going to it looked a little sketchy. "

"My daughter graduated from Spelman and my family and I stayed here. The listing is very accurate. The location was central to all of the graduation events. The house was clean. Communication with the owners was ongoing. I would recommend this listing and will stay here again."
