Welcome to our charming 90-year-old updated home. This delightful 3-bedroom boasts a warm & inviting atmosphere with a blend of historic charm & modern comforts. The three comfortable bedrooms are thoughtfully decorated & provide a peaceful haven for a good night's sleep. Spacious kitchen stocked with full coffee & tea bar. We have 2 king bedrooms & 1 bunkbed room (twin over full). The bunkbed room comes with games and toys. Each room comes with a fan and luggage rack. Every booking gets a welcome basket with waters, snacks and two autographed Colleen Hoover books! We have an adorable reading nook in the back room with tons of books to read during your stay. Enjoy the evening outside under our beautiful gazebo with seating. This home is centrally located & is conveniently situated near restaurants, shops, & close to the hospitals & colleges. The welcome packet has instructions for operating the home security system.

Great place!

The house was beautifully done. There was plenty of room for 5 adults. We enjoyed hanging out and playing the games. There was plenty of room in the kitchen when we were prepped dishes for Thanksgiving. We definitely will book again when we are all back in Tyler. The host was extremely responsive to any questions.

Charming, Welcoming Renovation

This cottage is close to everything we wanted, plus grocery and restaurants within walking distance. We felt very at home and pampered by the well-stocked kitchen and bathroom. We made the one bath work for the 6 of us. The welcome basket was greatly appreciated and we are now Colleen Hoover fans!

Wonderful Stay!!

I stayed here with my friends and we had a WONDERFUL time! The host was easy to communicate with and her space was gorgeous! Zero issues- it was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Would definitely book again!

Great Property

We were looking for an alternative to sharing a hotel room with 2 kids. This property was all of that and more. Great rooms. Great location and really good communication from property manager/owner. We will stay again if we come to Tyler.

Family getaway

The house was newly renovated with a spacious living area and bedrooms. The property was very clean and comfortable. We received a message and text from the host prior to check-in and we received quick responses to our questions. We will be staying here again the next time we travel to Tyler!

Great House

This house was very comfortable. The living area was great,The tea and coffee and snacks were appreciated. The bath, soaps and shampoos were nice too. We have stayed in other VRBOs and you could tell the owner went to great lengths to put extra care and provisions in such a nice home.

Lin is the sweetest! Very accommodating, goes out of her way to make your stay perfect, and is just so kind! The place is adorable and extremely relaxing. I highly recommend it and will definitely stay there again.

Lovely getaway

This home was picked by us to suite our family’s needs for our family trip. When we arrived it was more than we expected. WOW I cannot even begin to describe how beautiful our stay was. This host has outdone herself. Lin we thank you for being there for us through every step. Guys this is a home experience you won’t want to miss. The home is equipped to meet your everyday needs.
