"We got in late, no one was there, but it was still seemless check in. The rooms had everything one needed. Also the rooms were set up good! Parking was easy, little sports bar next door was open late, so we got lucky. If ever in Tyler again, we would stay here for sure"

"we have been here twice nice and the room s are always clean they have new decor and its really nice.The gym has everything you could possible need.Breakfast was really good.They had a pool and hot tub before this time it is gone and the floor has just cement where it was & it was a nice indoor pool & hot tub.We will go again but not when our grandaughter is with us.She loves the pool so will have to stay where there is a pool."

"The room was clean but there was a very strong marijuana odor outside the rooms. Also, the front desk called the room to, very rudely, tell us only two people were allowed in the room. We were there for a funeral and were trying to be with family. They weren’t staying the night, just visiting, but it was a surprise and just didn’t sit well with us; it felt like we were being constantly being watched. "

"Had to leave a cash deposit and check in. Mine was $20 but it looks like for most it is $100. Actually went to the room and checked it when I checked out to make sure I didn't do anything bad before they gave me my $20 back. The facility is really run down and not taken care of at all. The area and lobby are full of junk that looks like an ebay staging area."

"This hotel is terrible. The elevator is not working, the driveway is broken apart. And the swimming pools were a cesspool of filthy water and garbage! I mentioned this to the manager and he said that everything was disclosed in their website! I checked and they have not been truthful. I couldn’t leave fast enough."

"My wife and I took an overnight trip to Tyler and chose this hotel for its convenient location and solid reputation. The front desk staff was very friendly, and check-in was quick and effortless. The hotel offered good amenities and was clean and secure overall.However, when we arrived at our room, we found the door slightly ajar, which immediately made me uneasy—I wasn’t sure if someone was still inside or if the room had been broken into. The door frame also had noticeable pry marks on it....

"Loud. Cars with honking locking doors right outside windows after 10pm. People being dropped off after parties with loud conversation outside of room at midnight. Free breakfast was pretty weak. Coffee tasted like water. But the staff all around was lovely!"
