Welcome to Tybee Retreat, a RARE find on the island, offering the opportunity to rent 1, 2, 3, or all 4 condos! Located just 1 block from the beach with direct beach access via a private street, where you can enjoy one of the most sought-after beaches on the island! This home includes a working elevator..

Located on the South end of Tybee Island, just steps away from the 18th Street beach access. This extremely desirable location offers the perks of being where all the action is (STEPS from the beach and a SHORT walk to the island`s amenities such as shops, restaurants, and bars), but is tucked away on a private drive to provide privacy and serenity for your beach vacation.

Tybee Retreat`s condo #3 offers an open-concept living space that is tastefully decorated and fully equipped with all the comforts of home. The comfortably furnished living space opens to a covered patio with a teak dining table and chairs, perfect for enjoying the ocean breeze. Come and enjoy!

Upstairs Living Room: the upstairs living room has a pull-out couch for additional guests

The condo is also equipped with a full-size washer and dryer.

Getting Around:
You won`t have to drive anywhere; simply park for free and go and enjoy the beach, bars, shops, and restaurants the island has to offer. Tybee Retreat has a total of 4 condo units, each with covered ground-level parking for 2 vehicles. Please note that oversized trucks and SUVs may not fit under this covered parking area. Tybee Retreat utilizes security cameras at the front of the building to ensure guest safety at the street level.

High-speed WIFI is available throughout the property.

1.) Please take all trash to the trash carts in the front of the property.
2.) Please load and start the dishwasher.
3.) Please make sure all dirty towels are placed in the tub or shower respectively.

Terrific Tybee Time

This was our second stay at Tybee Retreat. The location works well with children getting to the beach, and the inside space gives the children a separate play/hang-out space. The bedrooms are large and having 4 bathrooms is great when everyone comes in from the beach and wants to shower. Each year we had a very minor maintenance issue; the response was immediate and done with smiles. If we are able to return to Tybee next year, I will be looking at Tybee Retreat as our first choice!

Amazing space for a large group

We had 14 people.... 4 families of ladies with kids ranging from 7mos to 17 yrs. The space was amazing and worked out perfectly! Beds are to DIE for!

Great location for a family reunion

Great stay near the beach! House was as described, elevator was a perk for our older mom, property manager was nearby and helpful. Home was clean and had plenty of common area. Beach and shops were walkable.

Close to Beach

This was a nice home to stay in for a week. It was large to host four couples, a baby and a dog, all comfortably. The kitchen was stocked with cooking basics so we were able to cook throughout the week too. It was a two minute walk to the beach, which was exactly what we needed. We also loved that it was in walking distance to Ripe Ingredients and Mi Vida for breakfast and a coffee. Ice cream, shopping and the Pier we're all walking distance as well. Everyone in the community was very friendly and welcoming. We didn't hear any outside noise from inside the house. Overall a fabulous experience, a memorable stay, and we will definitely book again when we visit in Tybee.

Tybee Love

The property affords us (adults/children) separation with two living spaces, very important for harmony! The bedrooms are spacious, and the bathrooms, all 4 of them, are nice. Even the laundry room is plenty roomy! I truly appreciate the counter space in the kitchen and the easily accessible, roomy pantry. All of us are looking forward to staying at this property again, and we hope it will be soon!

Amazing Condo

Just as or better than advertised! First the elevator was perfect for my mom who is recovering from a stroke and has limited mobility. Second, two living areas were perfect to separate the early risers from the night owls. Lastly the location was a short walk to everything we wanted (beach, food, and drinks)! I kind of don’t want to brag on this place too much; I want it to be available my next vacation!

Could be cleaner….

Floors were dirty and sandy….. showers had mold and mildew…….chair in living area needs fixing….Need better kitchen can opener…. Had to clean rockers on deck to be able to sit in them….. glad I decided not to grill because that area was not as advertised……I did like the layout of the unit and the area.
