We have been visiting Tybee for years and this condo is the best. Everything about it is above and beyond. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here and will definitely stay here again. The host was very helpful.

Kitchen set up was a bit awkward. Also there were no shelves within the walk in shower to place shampoo or soap so you just had to set items on the ground. However the location and cleanliness of the unit were great.

The condo was very nice. Had a great location, great views. It seemed to be lacking in certain amenities that we would expect for the price we paid. There was no complimentary coffee, laundry soap, facial tissue, basic seasonings (salt and pepper), toilet tissue was Motel 6 quality. Written instructions could be more user friendly. We had to figure out and ask other people how to get to the pool, the beach and how to access them using the gates. Had to call the office to get those codes. Had trouble finding the office to check in because google maps took us to the wrong location.

The condo is fine. A few signs of the overuse it gets, but considering how truly terrific the location is, it’s well worth the somewhat aged look. That said, we will absolutely rent this unit again should it be available.

Tybee Island in May 2022

All was great as presented. Loved sitting on balcony. The condo had everything we needed for a short stay. We visited in early May and didn't realize you had to call ahead to reserve beach chairs and umbrella or get up early to track down. Due to kids in school or labor shortages, this was an issue. I had to drive to reserve, pick up and drop off. So need to research before you go!

Great location with an amazing view!

Overall, a great stay. View from the unit's terrace/living room and proximity to beach access points are both A+. Finishes in the unit are a bit dated, but I think that's reflected in the price point. Would have appreciated knowing ahead of time that the pool was completely gutted/under construction.

Pack what you need

Great property and place. Be sure to bring chairs, towels and other beach accessories. Not there is no oven as clearly stated. Bring shampoo, soap etc as well. No broom or other cleaning products so if you are a staying a a week you may want to bring one. Regardless, a great place to stay
