  • Ubicado en el North End de Tybee Island, 37B tiene una vista espectacular del océano (Savannah River Entry) y Hilton Head, acceso a canchas de tenis iluminadas, instalaciones de piscinas y parrillas a gas, con área de picnic. Los propietarios se tomaron su tiempo para asegurarse de que esta unidad cuenta con todo lo necesario para unas excelentes vacaciones. Ubicado en el segundo piso, la vista de la playa es increíble, desde el maravilloso porche al que se puede acceder desde la sala de estar y el dormitorio principal. El salón cuenta con TV por cable, puertas correderas de cristal de salir al balcón privado y área abierta comedor. La cocina está equipada con todo lo necesario para sentirse como si estuviera en casa. Refrigerador grande, estufa, horno, microondas, lavavajillas, tostadora, cafetera, un montón de platos, ollas y sartenes, cubiertos y lavadora y secadora. El dormitorio principal cuenta con una cama de matrimonio con baño privado principal, TV y puertas correderas de cristal que da a su privado cubierto 7 X 35 de la cubierta, con vistas al agua. El dormitorio de invitados tiene 2 camas de tamaño y acceso a baño privado. Estacionamiento techado para 2 vehículos.

The walk to the beach was longer than expected based on the description. Otherwise it was great.

Place was as advertised. Bring your favorite items to stay at the beach. Umbrella chairs wagon to get it too and from. Tybee is easy to get in and out. Lots of nice spots to eat and enjoy the island. Make sure ya get your favorite cup of coffee at Tybean coffee bar. Will return again one day.

It was a great stay. Clean condo, pool nearby and parking available. Just need to change out the mattress in the master bedroom, it is uncomfortable.

The beach view and pool area was wonderful! The condo was very clean. The king mattress in the master needs to be replaced as it is so old that it caves in the middle. And it would be nice to have an additional chair and ottoman in the living room as it was a tad cramped. All in all, a lovely area to stay in.

Love the pool. I was not aware there's an elevator in that specific building in the complex, so that was a huge plus bring luggage up and down. We love Lighhouse Point

Good view of beach and good location of condo unit. Note that parking in unit is a little tight. You can park at pool just around the corner, but something to consider if you will have more than one vehicle.

Great spot

It was a very clean unit in a great location. On the north end of the island, it is away from crowds but close to plenty of restaurants and a short drive to Savannah.

We love staying at Lighthouse Point. The atmosphere is amazing and it’s close to everything. The unit we stayed in could have been cleaner, but nothing bad enough to ruin our trip.

Property was great. It was clean and well furnished. It was advertised as ocean front but I feel it was only ocean view from a side balcony.

37B

This was our third year staying at Lighthouse Point and our second year in a row staying in 37B. We absolutely love it in this area. The unit is perfect for us because of the location to the beach access and it’s in the unit with an elevator.

Cargo Ships

I love watching the cargo ships heading in and out of port and this condo had the perfect view. The condo was clean and convenient. We rented a golf cart which made traveling on the island much easier. Would stay again!

Comfy and convenient

Enjoyed the stay! Nice sized rooms and very clean. Couldn’t use parking space…much narrower than the other allotted spots for other units. Everything else was great.

Fun and convenient

The condo was comfortable and not extravagant (with kids, we’re wary of decor that seems too precious or breakable). The location is unbeatable and our kids loved the pool! Porch closet was full of beach chairs to borrow and we also enjoyed the gas grills to cook out one night of our stay.

Tybee '25

Good location and property. Walk to the actual beach was quite long, especially hauling all the "toddler" accoutrements. Elevator was out of service the entire trip which was unfortunate - the elevator was one of the top reasons for reserving this property. Parking was tight for a large SUV.

Recycling

We really liked the property. Only thing we noticed was coffee cup looked dirty so had to wash them out before use. And sink in in hall bathroom has a cap in the drain and it doesn’t work very well. What about a recycling bin for cans and bottles. That would be great. Thanks

About as easy as you can get

The condo is located in a less crowded portion of the island. The facility and location are fine, especially for the price. The only issue that we had was parking. We have a full-size SUV that would not fit in our assigned parking space BUT there were unassigned spaces around the pool that we could use. There is a surprising amount of history to explore on Tybee Island that fills the gap for the lack of distractions you find at more commercial beaches. Overall, it was a very good stay, good facilities and an enjoyable time.
