Very Attentive

It was an amazing stay with very attentive property management! You can pretty much walk to any place on Tybee and the beach was a short walk as well.

Love out time in Tybee

Loved the Flip Flop House

The cottage was charming and had so much character. Great location. Close enough to restaurants and bars in Tybee but far enough away where it was quiet and calm. We are already planning our next stay.

Visit to Tybee

What a great place! We met up with family to spend a couple of days in the Savannah and Tybee area. The house had plenty of space for all of us and plenty of furniture to all of us to relax. We can't wait to come back and spend more time in the area.

Cute cottage

The cottage was very comfortable and spacious enough for our family to enjoy. The location was excellent and two restaurants were within walking distance. Enjoyed playing corn hole in the spacious yard. Would definitely come back.

Family woman's trip

We do a family women's trip every few years. We had 10 of us this year. The house had everything we could have needed. We loved the back screen porch for lounging around, and the outdoor shower! Also the walk to the beach and shops was not far.

We came down for just a getaway weekend and the cottage was clean, comfortable, and the proximity to AJs was perfect for us as we had dinner reservations there. Also, the yard is big and without those pesky Tybee sand spurs which my fur baby really appreciated. I would definitely like to stay here again.

We had plenty of room for our ladies and owners are so sweet to provide trash bags and other things to accommodate guests. We love the charm of these older beach homes! Don’t ever change!!!

Our visit this time was during the brief spell of freezing weather here in South Carolina. The pipe in the out door shower burst and we were offered another rental while the plumbers fixed things at Flips Flop, but the plumbers had us up and running warm water again in a VERY short time ..so we were able to stay put in our cozy home away from home . Those Mermaids are the best !!
