"We stayed for one night and absolutely would stay again. The room was very clean and beds comfortable. We had a brilliant view from the 4th floor out onto the parkland below. Blockout curtains kept the room perfectly dark and it was so quiet. I wouldn’t have known we were staying in the middle of Melbourne. It was fantastic to have access to the food court downstairs (part of the royal children’s hospital) which made for an easy dinner option. Parking was available but took a bit to find a park...

"- Super noisy, you can hear every door and movement of others, garbage bins outside being moved around and slammed early in the mornings. - Tv outdated and stuck in "Store mode" most channels don't work and everyone you turn it on the volume is jarringly loud. - Pool and sauna under maintenance with no indication of when it won't be (literally the only reason I booked here). - Really expensive parking, charging full price when arriving late in the evening and your departure day in the morning is...

"The paid parking spaces are a little tight. There's 4hr and 2hr street parking. Overall nice motel, clean and pleasant staff."

"Absolutely horrible customer service after hours. There was not one to help us check in. We had to call into the intercoms and the person on the line was rude, hostile. Even yelled at us for no being there in their self proclaim customer service hours. Also the advertise mislead us to believe breakfast was included which is not at least you want to spend 20 dollars for some por tarts and granola bars. This hotel does not meet best Western business core."

"Top location. Far enough to not be in the hustle and bustle, whilst still having easy travel to all locations and having everything you need nearby (e.g. shopping centre, cinema, restaurants, river views, etc). The pool is heated even though it is outdoors making it a potential year-round pleasure. Kids had an amazing time. Perfect family friendly hotel and location. Definitely plan on making this our destination for future Melbourne travels."

"Room was clean, but there was a heavy smell of cigarette smoke, there was an air purifyer going, but it just made it worse. We were not able to use the gym or pool, even though I filled out the form to be able to use the pool or gym. The accommodation is very conveniently placed for easy access to trains and trams and shops."
