"This is my second stay here. Check-in and out was very quick and pleasant with no drama or delays. Thank you for that! Things have slowly improved. Bathroom still needs much work: poor paint splatter on the fixtures and paint borders are messy/sloppy, wallpaper is peeling and bubbling, bidet and exhaust fan were both not working, the top of the flat top shower fixture was very dusty (maybe need taller staff to clean) and made me sneeze several times. The liquid shower amenities were not clearly...

"I have 2 sides The check- in process was much too long. There were four customers ahead of me, two were already being helped. It took 43 minutes until it was my turn. There were 5 customers behind me. When I made it to the counter, the entire staff seemed defeated. No welcome, no smile, nothing positive. Every time the phone rang, they stopped helping customers to answer the long calls. During the typhoon, housekeeping was just excellent, kind and very positive. They helped dry the room...

"台風の被害で自宅の停電が続いたため飛び石で2泊利用しました（中一日は別のホテル泊） エアコンは効きすぎるほど、シャワー等の水圧も良く、お湯モールしっかり出ました Wi-Fiもしっかり繋がり、快適にしごせました 朝食は直近のABCストアを利用 ローカルの家族が多く泊まっていて多少賑やかでしたが、気になって眠れないほどではありませんでした 建物も設備も古いので全てに満足したわけではないのですが、このような非常時に泊まるなら充分なホテルです ツーリストにこのレビューは役に立ちそうもないと思います"

"The view was gorgeous from our balcony! The pool and beach area was very lovely and convenient. The beds were comfortable, we didn’t hear any other guests and blackout curtains are amazing. I thought breakfast was solid but preferred breakfast at TuRu Cafe up the road a few minutes. I’d stay again!!"

"Had a quick little stay. Property is in rough shape due to storms. So lots of repairs going on and very loud. The layout for driving in and getting parking is confusing. Need better signage for people coming in and out. Also the parking garage doesn't have elevators. Would be difficult for older guests. No access to the beach during repairs was kind of a downer. Overall it could be a great hotel. Just needs a lot of work as long as they put the money into it. But unfortunately tourism is way...
