"We have stayed at the Gumprecht House several times and it is perfect for our family (18 months to 77!). The location is perfect, whether we are at the beach, out on the lake with our boat and wave runners, taking the kids to the very close park, playing pickle ball or strolling the streets of the lovely village. If not walking, our favorite mode of transportation is bicycling. The house is roomy and beautiful with 5 bedrooms and many sitting areas on the main floor. We shall be returning...

Playing in the water, kayaking, canoeing, swimming, etc. Your kitchen is super stocked with every gadget anyone would need. Don't ever sell your place it is truly a prime spot on CDA Lake! Keep it family friendly...The Broussard Family, 50th Anniversary"

"We had an absolute wonderful time at this location. The host was communicative and open to all of our needs and wants super great guy. Lovely property definitely going to recommend and book again thank you David for everything that you did for me and my family. We had a wonderful time and your home is absolutely fantastic. Just like home. "

"It was our families first time in Coeur D’ Alene and the location of property was very convenient and gave us the full experience . It was easy to navigate the lake and only 20 min from downtown . Very private . The views were breathtaking and the fire pit area was our kids favorite . Lots of memories made . They provided a lot of lake equipment which was also very much appreciated and used . The kids loved the bunk room and the house really gave you the cabin on the lake feel . Great vacation...

"Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay over the 4th of July weekend. The cabin and amenities were perfect, very comfortable and spacious. The layout is cool and the views of the lake were perfect. We could see the fireworks through the trees. Location is close to town but just far enough away that it's not convenient to walk anywhere which was a bummer for us."

"The house was clean. The backyard had a 6 foot wooden fence that was perfect for the dog. It was what we needed. We live local and needed a place while our bathroom was remodeled. It had what we needed, was clean and is an older home just like ours, so it was like being home. We will stay here again."

"I loved the Straw Bale house! Communication with our host was excellent. It was clean, conveniently located just under 10 minutes from Silverwood Theme Park, and felt safe and secure. We will be staying there again!"

"Our group thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this 90s themed house. We had 4 adults and 5 kids and there was ample space for all. Two separate living areas which made it nice for privacy traveling with two families. The house was so clean and had everything needed for a long weekend stay. Short drive to the lake making it so convenient to tote kids and things back and forth as we needed. David is an awesome host. Always responded right away and was so kind, even sending local recommendations. 10...
