"This house was a dream for our family vacation! It is roomy, comfortable, extremely well stocked, and in the absolute best location in town. Our adult kids loved the game room, and we all enjoyed hanging out in the sunrooms and the backyard. The hosts are the nicest people ever, and went way beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and hope we can come back again! "

"Beautiful house, close to everything. The host was very accommodating. We had a burn out porch light and he came over and fixed it for us and was very pleasant. Help us locate some places to go would definitely stay here again super relaxing."

"Details: Our trip was 4 adults and one dog. What we liked: Other than sleeping we spent all our time outside and loved that there were multiple outdoor spaces to choose from as the sun changed. The view of the lake was why we picked this place and it was worth every penny; it was hard to leave. The dog: We always appreciate a dog-friendly place, and each deck space had its own gate to keep the dog in. They weren't escape-proof, but enough to discourage wandering. He had a great time....

"Host was extremely responsive and great! We were just passing through the area but it was a great place to stay, I personally would stay here again for multiple days if we were staying in the area! Would definitely book again! "

"Thank you Jerry for the wonderful week. There was something for everyone to do. From the oldest to youngest, all got along super well and were busy from dawn to dusk. Playing in the water, kayaking, canoeing, swimming, etc. Your kitchen is super stocked with every gadget anyone would need. Don't ever sell your place it is truly a prime spot on CDA Lake! Keep it family friendly...The Broussard Family, 50th Anniversary"

"It was our families first time in Coeur D’ Alene and the location of property was very convenient and gave us the full experience . It was easy to navigate the lake and only 20 min from downtown . Very private . The views were breathtaking and the fire pit area was our kids favorite . Lots of memories made . They provided a lot of lake equipment which was also very much appreciated and used . The kids loved the bunk room and the house really gave you the cabin on the lake feel . Great vacation...

"Beautiful setting, direct lakefront. Home was very clean and inviting. On site hosts were great. Very clear directions. Let us check in early and even offered to help us blow up water floaties. Would definitely stay here again and will be recommending to friends."

"Cannot say enough about the location and access to amazing biking and hiking. The rental was just as shown and a joy to spend time at!"

"Lots of room. Looks like a smaller home when you pull up but the house keeps going once you are in it. We had 14 adults and have plenty of room for everyone. Zero issues! Corn Hole, soccer balls and net was a huge plus for yard games! We brought our own camper chairs for outside and it worked out great! "

"Was very clean. Slept all of us 5 comfortably. Nice back yard. Super comfy couches. Tv to watch. Was very homey. 10/10 recommend! "

"Idyllic location and amazing home! This place had everything you could want for a family. It was comfortable and conveniently located right downtown. We are originally from the area and loved being able to walk right downtown from the house. Loved it and would recommend it to everyone and anyone traveling to Couer D Alene"
