"The staff were all great. We took the shuttle to the airport at 4 am. Unfortunately my sister’s cell phone fell out of her pocket in the back seat. She didn’t realize it until the driver pulled away. We called the hotel and explained our dilemma! The receptionist called our driver and he immediately turned around, and gave my sister her phone! "The room looks clean at first glance, but if you pay attention to details you'll see. These are the flaws we encounter; there's pubic hairs hanging near the ceiling in the shower (room121), tub and sink drains so slow, towels have gross stains that you will feel hesitant to use (though they change it everyday all of them almost have stains), bathroom door jamb is peeling and rusty, stain on the bed sheet, no smoking rooms but you can smell smoke (weed) on the hallway. Crumbs, dust and hairs on...

"Breakfast options were good. The room was pretty clean. Pool did not appear clean at all. Staff was pleasant but nowhere to be found for checkout, had to wait quite a while. Walls/floors are THIN, we apparently had a large group of elephants above us. Get a room on the top floor and have absolutely no questions/be okay with contactless checkout and you’re golden."

"This hotel wowed us! The lobby area was beautiful and very family friendly with spots to hang out and play games. The rooms were very spacious and clean (we felt at ease having our toddler crawl around the room). The kitchenette with a full size fridge made meals with young children easy. Having on site laundry was amazing! We will definitely look for this hotel chain wherever we travel from now on. "
