This air-conditioned area opens out to the large beach facing deck with outdoor furniture & Barbeque plus a beautiful backyard with direct access to the beach and cycle/walking pathway.

When you first walk through the entrance to the property, off the secure breezeway you will find an air-conditioned Bedroom 1 to your left with a Queen size bed, walk through robe and ensuite.
There is also a powder room, main bathroom, and separate laundry off the breezeway.
Bedroom 2 consists of a Queen size bed, ceiling fan and built in robe.
Bedroom 3 includes a bunk bed and tri bunk, ceiling fan, TV, DVD player and lounge.
These bedrooms both have access to a three-way bathroom situated in the centre of both rooms.
Upstairs you will find a fully self-contained studio (Bedroom 4) featuring a King size bed, aircon, 2 ceiling fans, kitchenette, walk through robe, ensuite, TV, DVD player, lounge chairs and balcony.
