"Very disappointing experience. The property feels run-down and poorly maintained, the beds are uncomfortable, and the amenities are average at best. The grills were broken, towels weren’t provided, and even the communal pool lacked basic conveniences like pool towels or a pool bar. There were also no open restaurants nearby, leaving very little to do.
For a property advertised as a “luxury villa,” the experience fell far short of expectations. Nothing about the stay felt luxurious, and the...

"Nice villa and reasonably clean. However, amenities were not available for guests to use. Limited towels and no paper towels available for use. We won't recommend this"

"Our stay at the Sunshine Beach Resort was extremely peaceful. The housekeeping staff cleaned and cared for our room as well as any 5 Star Hotel. They even mopped the floors every day. Really appreciated that!
The pool, hammock, and umbrella covered tables were as nice as advertised.
The manager and her staff made our stay complete. We rented a motorbike directly from the resort which was very convenient.
The manager also recommended we take a Jeep Tour to the sand dunes. Our tour...

"Some of my experience here wasn't the hotel's fault. But they are redoing a major part of the road and getting in and out was an absolute nightmare, but that would have been the case with just about any place about 5km in either direction. It would have been nice if they could have at least warned us that this was the case. The room itself was as advertised, clean enough, and small. But we were going out most of the day so we just needed a place to sleep and it did that. The little beach front...
