Nice home in a safe looking neighborhood. Not a lot of traffic being on a cul-de-sac. Thankful we had the use of the garage due to heavy rainfall when we arrived.

Very responsive host and house was very clean. The only thing that I would point out is that I received a bit of a startle when the lawn crew showed up without notice and I heard someone in the backyard unexpectedly. Otherwise it was a very pleasant stay.

Great house in a perfect location!

The property owner has created a home away from home, safe and quiet neighborhood, plus everything you could possibly need and more, quality comfortable beds, chairs, bedding, towels, and daily supplies. Our dog loved the spacious yard and the shaded patio. Will choose this house every time we are in area, thanks so much for your hospitality.

The house was very nice and super clean. for a rental, the beds were very comfortable. We ate all of our meals there and had many guest come through and they all spoke highly of the homes appearance. The fridge did fail while we were there but a replacement was installed the same day. The owner was very attentive. We could not have been more pleased. We traveled 780 miles to spend Christmas with family and friends who came to see us saving us additional travel time. Great stay,

Home Away from Home

We were extremely happy with this house and with the ease of communication of the owner. The house was clean, comfortable and well stocked. The neighborhood is adorable and centrally located to many restaurants, shops and of course, UA. Nice touches throughout the house. AND...when we left a few items behind, we were able to arrange for shipment through the owner. We would absolutely stay again!
