"Apartment is very nice and as described. Communication with the owners is spotty at best. Even following the directions in the guest guide only resulted in one response to one question. When I enquired about an item left behind, there was no response at all. "

"Fin beliggenhet og hyggelig leilighet, men trakk ned at det var ganske ekle og seige flater på kjøkken og skikkelig skittent kjøkkenutstyr og kaffetrakter. Men bortsett fra manglende rengjøring kunne vi gjerne ha bodd her igjen. 👍"

Det som dessverre trekker mye ned, er at man, for å spare penger, har beholdt badene fra det gamle hotellet og endt opp med 4-stjerners rom og 2-stjerners bad. Jeg måtte først bytte rom, fordi det var så mye mugg på det badet jeg fikk, og deretter fikk jeg et bad der gulvet var skjevt og jeg endte opp med...

"I wish I had known that our room was on the 5th floor, attic apartment with a sloped roof. I'm tall and could only stand upright in the center of the room. I also wish I had paid attention that there was no elevator. The whole building has been beautifully renovated, but the apartment on the top floor does not look like the photos, because of the sloped roof. I appreciated the washer and dryer though. And the location near the ferry and the historic part of town was convenient. "

"Pros: -great water pressure in kitchen sink and shower -toilet paper and paper towels provided -great fridge/freezer -bath sink soap, washing up liquid -washer and dryer plus detergent pods -well supplied kitchen -ironing board Cons: -contact from an unknown email … no mention of dates, location/address or city -very noisy -unknown men came to the door late at night (How did they get into the building?) -TV a challenge to get tuned to actual TV programs -shower has mold near floor -no shower...
