All the common utility places, like wash room near dinning areas was flithy & at reception was dirty at all time . spaces near Staircase was flithy. Teres and othe open areas are also dirty. "It’s a low maintained property, staff is neutral. Geyser in 1 washroom didn’t work and another washroom had water leakage. Both rooms were wet when we checked in and after taking shower rooms were filled with water. Breakfast was average."
