"Old. Everything was old and outdated. Our AC in the room sounded like a coffee grounder when it came on. The lock on our room never worked - we had to ask the front desk to reset our key every time we wanted to get into the room, the “state of the art” gym was in a small room in the basement with 1 shredded, torn mat that was so dirty and worn I brought it to the front desk to throw out. Will not stay again."

"This was a really disappointing stay. Over $300 for a room with an uncomfortable bed, no fridge, a shower with cracks and mold in it, and a lobby that smelled like cigarette smoke. I got ripped off. Spend your money elsewhere. There are too many great spots in New Haven to waste your money at this dump."
