"I checked in and they put me in a room, I unpacked and then they made me move rooms because I was given the “wrong” room. I was moved to a similar room but not as clean as the first room, stains on the couch, ceiling and walls. Definitely disappointed, our room had a view of the extended stay next store, people could see directly in our room and we could see in theirs. "While outside of the downtown Austin area the room was large enough to accommodate myself and friends. The hotel is quiet and members of staff were congenial. My only reservation is with the lack of a larger OR another trash bin, garbage filled up fast. Wonderful stay!"

"As usual, the staff were friendly and helpful. The shower tended to spray randomly at the hose to gooseneck connection. When this was told to the desk, it was immediately addressed. New hose, new seals, no spray! That is why I return to the Hampton multiple times every year: good people."
