"This was my first time visiting Australia and I had a great stay in Melbourne. We hosted a big brand trip with influencers at the hotel and the staff were incredibly attentive, looking after both me and our influencers throughout the stay. Whenever we needed anything, they were quick to accommodate and always very friendly and helpful.

"This is a great hotel, close to everything, clean and quiet. I had a room overlooking the side street and it was really quiet. The room was a good size with a lovely bathroom (I loved the Hunter bathroom supplies).The staff on departure were friendly and helpful. Checkin was efficient and hassle free. " The location was excellent, for walking and for access to public transportation.The 3 bedroom suite had plenty of space for 4 adults. I had one meal in the restaurant, a chicken caeser salad, which was very good. But considering the cost of the stay, I expected the accommodations to be slightly better. There was supposed to be a VIP gift card, but the only perk offered was a free glass of house wine or beer in the bar, so I assume that was it.
