"Booked a 2 night stay and upon arrival found the pool and fitness center were out of order. Water was dripping from the ceiling into the treadmill below and smelled moldy. The shower in our room had hair on the walls. We decided to stay somewhere else the second night and requested a refund due to lack of amenities. The manager, in email, said he would refund our second night back to us but we never received it. Called to talk to him and was told he would be in at 11 am, called at 12, now he...

"Got the room for the pool and it ended up being worked on so we couldn’t use it at all. I wish that had been communicated before my stay and not just at time of check in because my card was already charged."

"It was a bang for the buck and if you're a polar bear the room was ICE COLD. Since i travel to this area for work I will definitely be back. Only down fall close but not close enough to restaurants. Mind you they are only 6 miles away."
