"Needs a overhaul of the tub in bath area
Hair in sink and in towels from previous guests
And the straw that broke the proverbial camels back was a Blatella Germanica ( look it up) crawling across my floor on the last day of stay before check out.
To be fair when I complained to staff they did comp me one free night . I would have rather have had a hairless room and an absence of the creepy crawly thing ."

"The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was clean but super dated. Breakfast was as expected, staff also very friendly at breakfast. I think the room should have been half of the price I paid due to the dated condition but, all in all, it was okay for one night."

"Upon check in ‘both bathroom toilets were plugged!! So glad I flush and clean toilets before using them everywhere ‘because neither one would flush ‘very inconvenient as we were trying to get ready for a wedding. ‘Rooms were pretty decent clean though!!
*Also the sofa bed is unusable* ‘I wouldn’t call that a sofa bed!! I really do think the place is ready for an upgrade, a little touch up will help a lot!! Other than that ‘is actually a nice place to stay ‘cozy and very spacious’ with beautiful...

"This motel was good for an overnight stop on our trip home. Parking lot had puddles of water to drive through to get to the parking spots and then to the rooms. Beds and bathroom were very clean. Our phone and A/C were not working but a short walk to the front desk sent a maintenance person and within minutes we were all set. Continental breakfast was minimal but adequate; two kinds of cold cereal, packages of mini chocolate chip muffins, and small apples. Coffee was hot and good. Decaf was out...

"Both pools close at 6pm at Cinnamon Beach. Splash bad is also closed for maintenance. So, if you arrived and wanted to swim, you had to go over to the resort. The garden tub spout needed maintenance, so it took awhile to get hot water to fill it. This condo was beautiful and the view was incredible. The only downside was there were no dish towels in the kitchen, a roach in our shower, and early closer of the pools ."
