"I was pleasantly surprised how nice this hotel was. I live in town and passed by it numerous times. We decided to stay here because it was walking distance to all of the restaurants we wanted to go to on NYE and didn't want to have to worry about parking. This hotel had a large parking lot. Super convenient if you are in the area and don't want to deal with driving around and finding parking space. And it's located walking distance to so many restaurants! "

"While we LOVED the staff and the ACH Lansing property was nice, we HATED having to book it through Expedia. We were there for a funeral and things were not settled when we booked. We needed to delete a night and the non empathy crooks at Excheatya would not let us change the booking. Thankfully, Paige at the property came through. SHE is wonderful."

"The Inn was very welcoming and cozy. The instructions for check-in and the amenities were clear and easy to follow. The room was great especially the jacuzzi and fireplace. Very comfortable robes, a variety of toiletries, complimentary water and breakfast were provided. The muffins were amazing. The host was friendly. The location is right near campus and very walkable to restaurants. Would recommend for a romantic get away."

"pues en si el lugar es viejo , como fueron 4 noches no hicieron la limpieza aunque se les pidio dicen que tienen que estar 11 noches para ha cerla limpieza lo cual me parecio muy desagradable, dejar habitaciones tantos dias sin limpiar... se les pidieron toallas extras dos veces y nunca llegaron no habia papel de baño solo uno que casi nos terminamos"

"La habitación es super comoda, hasta el último detalle, y está en condiciones formidables. Todo nuevo. Posiblemente el hotel fue construido muy recientemente. La amabilidad en la recepción, espectacular. Solo necesitan mejorar el desayuno. El área es extremadamente limitada en espacio y el desayuno es muy pobre. A pesar de la experiencia del desayuno, el hotel es espectacular."
