"Very quiet and private. Nice escape from the busy Caye Caulker. "

"Loved the location, such an amazing place in the most convenient area right across from the beach. I could not of been happier with my stay in this little guest house. Everyone in the area was friendly and helpful as well, I have to note that I appreciated the cleanliness of the linen and the amount given it made a huge difference. The guesthouse is 3 min walk from the main road, The Split is less than 10 min walk I felt no need to rent a golf cart staying in this location. "

"Area was beautiful check in was super easy, room was clean and a/c worked great. Beds were comfortable. Communication with owners was fast. Close enough to everything but far enough away so it was quite at night to sleep. Staff was very social and remembered our names every time we came in or out. Salty’s across the way was nice if you wanted a late snack or drinks before heading home. We stayed 8 nights in March of 2025"

"Its a nice place to stay and comes with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Its near the airport and far from the restaurants, shops and good beaches. Definitely recommend getting a golf cart, borrowing a bike or taking taxis. The second "bedroom" is actually a loft with a steep ladder and very small beds most suitable to children."

"VERY disappointing; admittedly booked on a budget, but we were expecting a decent location. Provided pics are sooo deceiving...Not much cooking possibility with the provided cookware. Bed mattress and/or box spring should have been updated YEARS ago! Kitchen furniture falling apart, with not much organization for doing the dishes. Although you had mentioned no bike avail, they were there, but if you can't fix and maintain the bikes, just get rid of them (ended up renting for 2 days)! We've had...

"I celebrated my birthday here with a handful of friends, and we had an amazing time! The location was excellent, so close to the Split ferry, but secluded enough to feel relaxed. The property was very comfortable and clearly new. The host and property manager were extremely helpful. You can't go wrong with this place!"

"We enjoyed staying on the quieter part of the island, while still being able to easily walk and bike to shops and restaurants, etc. The pool was lovely and refreshing. We regularly ate at the restaurant next door, as it was delicious, had lots of options and very convenient. Yoga was also right nextdoor. Bikes were easy and cheap to rent for a day. "Our stay at Ashton Court over Spring Break was wonderful. We rented a three bedroom condominium that faced the water. Had a balcony with beautiful views, condo was updated and very nice. Nice pool and bar that we used on the days we weren't at the beach or on the water. "We were oceanfront. The property is amazing and well cared for. The staff couldn’t be more helpful and friendly. We ate out but the kitchen has plenty of stuff if you want to cook.
