"Communication was excellent. Location was great for what adventures we had planned. The basement apartment had everything we needed. The two bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom was well equipped. Only thing that we did not enjoy was zero windows or way to see outside. Great place of you need a place to sleep, eat relax outside and quiet. "

The home was incredibly well-stocked with everything from towels and dishes to cleaning supplies, spices, and extra linens. It made settling in so easy. "Beautiful location! Sorta close to grocery & gas. Resort may have food store. Didn’t check. Looks fantastic inside. Paneling design great. Plenty of room for family or separate space. Great front porch. Great covered deck with table in back. "

"The location was ideal! Close to everything we needed and wanted to do while in Thomas. We loved the layout of the tiny home- the shower was great!! We will return- hopefully during the fall."

"This home is a 3 story beautiful Townhouse the home came equipped with everything you needed from iron to cleaning utensils cooking utensils and also some cabinets food for your needs. This home is close to any location for groceries and or food and drinks also is available for a dog park if you have animals This home is amazing it came with a game room a garage and all I can say is it’s simply amazing "

"We loved it! Property was private, cabin was exactly as pictured but even better! Americana Decor was an added touch for the 4th of July. Was super clean. We used fire pit each night and the hot tub. You could hear Swallow Falls We would definitely recommend and would go back! Our first Vrbo experience, we were pleased!"

"My husband and I stayed at this cabin between 7/30 to 8/1/2025. It was absolutely lovely and a quiet, relaxing get away. We enjoyed the beautiful space, the outdoor views and hikes, and, of course, the hot tub! Nothing is better after a week of travel than de-stressing somewhere so calm and cute. The hosts were helpful and communicative, the home was clean and beds were comfortable, and everything was curated for max relaxation. Loved this place!"

"We stayed here overnight to break up a long drive. It's a nice apartment with enough space that we could (all 4 of us) have some private space to decompress and relax before continuing on our travels. The property was easy to get to, and Morgantown was a nice place to make a stop and have a short visit. We loved the artwork in the apartment. Communication and check-in/check-out were great. "

"Lovely property in a small quiet town. No need to bring extra home items. It was well stocked. Close grocery store to pick up food and drink items. Blackwater Falls Park minutes away to enjoy or walk/run along town river path. Prompt response from owner with a question. Highly recommend!"

"This place was clean, had everything that you needed. It is right next to the falls and trails and the middle of downtown shops/food in David and Thomas. Listing was accurate. No complaints. I’d stay here again without question. "
