Waterside at Point Road three bedroom family home with Wi-Fi just across from the lake

This three bedroom family friendly waterfront home is on the lakes edge, a great base to unwind and enjoy some down time, with easy access to launch your boat. The large enclosed courtyard is a great draw for this home, where you'll be able to relax with a drink in the undercover table and fire up the bbq to maybe cook up some of your catches from the lake, or some meats from local butchers if you dont want to go to that hassle.

There are ceiling fans throughout to keep cool, wifi to keep connected and all of the beds are made up with linens and towels are ready for the two bathrooms, you just need to pack your own beach towels if you want to go for a dip in the lake or any of our great local beaches.

There is a gravel off street car spot available for a small boat or a car, but there's space right out the front of the house to park everything else.

A bond applies to all bookings by way of a preauthorisation on a valid credit card.

Great location. Suited our needs very well. Just a few little things like no soap, scouring pads, insufficient toilet paper. Tap’s dripping. Would stay here again for sure.

Nice location.

House is in a good location. We were greeted at the property manager's office by their staff calling out obscenities to each other. Thoroughness of the house clean is in questions as items were found left behind from groups that had stayed previous to us. BBQ had lots of animal droppings on it. House was in good working order. Wi-fi was working and showers were good. Be aware this house shares a driveway with a house at the back so you can't park in the driveway (you don't get told this until checkin) which was a pain when you're travelling with boats on trailers that you want to access easily in the afternoons.

Great service is where it ends.

This property was very disappointing for numerous reason. There were 2 draws of the previous guests clothes, which indicates the cleaning process was not thorough and considering COVID-19 we were not impressed. The beds were terrible. We are not too fussy but every bed in the property was so uncomfortable the couch was a preferred option. NO INTERNET. This is a deal breaker. We specifically chose this property for its WIFI, with 3 children and running an online business it was imperative we had internet. Very very disappointed. The best part Of our stay was the customer service from the company who manage the Property). Very Timely response, very professional and understanding in relation to our concerns. Unfortunately I would not recommend this property for a comfortable family stay.

Nice house

Nice property in good location. Very comfortable. Dig was happy. Nice bbq area with table under cover. Lovely walks over the bridge. Listing said wifi although it didn’t work and no reply to text sent to pacific property. Some things in the kitchen weren’t washed. Had to fill up the gas for bbq.

Surfside is a great house for a holiday

My wife and I shared Surfside with my brother and sister in law. The house was the perfect place for a relaxing holiday. The house is in a great location and with everything we needed to enjoy our time there. Surfside is a very comfortable place to stay. We will return one day.

Lakeside and Spacious

The house is spacious, clean and nicely decorated. Easy walking distance to coffee and fishing spots. The kids enjoyed exploring the lake across the road at low tide for crabs and yabbies. Some minor enhancements eg upgrading pillows, ceiling fan repair in one of the bedrooms and addition of dishwasher would turn this place to an exceptional property for holidaymakers. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Roomy and Homely

Overall it was comfortable enough. Queen bed upstairs quite hard to sleep on. Kitchen roomy but the drawers kept jamming. Lovely outside area to relax and house was decorated nicely and had a homely feel. Bathrooms clean. The house needed a dusting and the dining room table was a bit sticky. We enjoyed our stay and will probably stay again as long as the bed is more comfortable and drawers fixed. Thank you
