The Neighborhood:
This Lumina is located at Santomar within the gated community of Los Santos, likely the most exclusive gated community and condo in all of Tulum. Los Santos is a gated community in the heart of Aldea Zama, in close proximity to all local attractions, including cenotes, the night life, the beach, and much more. Aldea Zama is a pedestrian and bicycle-friendly community, there are lots of walking and biking trails that intertwine throughout the jungle. While exploring these carved out trails, it’s not unusual to come upon a freshwater cenote, a Mayan ruin or an exotic bird.

Getting Around:
The most common way to get around Tulum is by bicycle, car or taxi. This Lumina is located 5-10 mins away from the beach by car or taxi. We have free parking outside the building.
