Gated Private Chalet with Hot Tub

The front courtyard provides a private seating area. The living room contains two couches and a 65 in Tv connected to the internet. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking utensils, TV, and a coffee station. The larger bedroom has a king bed and a tv with internet. Attached is a private bathroom and large walk-in shower for couples.
The medium sized room has a queen bed. Both rooms have a luggage rack. The 3rd "smaller" room has a single bed for one guest. A treadmill is located in the basement. Outdoors there is covered patio and a hot tub. A Weber gas grill is provided for grilling.
The private driveway has a automated gated for security.

A well-kept, private home in the middle of Tulsa. Easy access to the expo center and close to grocery stores.The home was impeccably clean, and made you feel like you had no neighbors. It was well stocked, but be sure to bring your own shampoo and soaps!Highly recommend

We rented the chalet as a birthday getaway weekend. We don’t live far but we wanted something different. This is a hidden gem in Tulsa. Lots of privacy, which we loved. Hot tub in the back yard. Walking distance to TU, gated driveway, which we loved. Great amenities. Loved the double shower in the master. This place exceeded our expectations- highly recommend!

Our stay at the Tulsa Chalet

This property was clean and spacious for our family’s visit to The University of Tulsa. Just a short walk to campus and easy access to the highway to explore the rest of Tulsa.

Awesome Tulsa Hide-a-way

Booked this property due to its location near the Expo Center (5 min.). It is also directly across the street from the University of Tulsa. We were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the property. It's clean, comfortable, with several nice amenities... hot tub, home audio system, large flat screens in nearly every room, gated driveway... The home is impressive for the area and a great choice for any stay in the Tulsa area. I would definitely stay there again.

Clean - Unique - better than described

Super nice, clean, modern, better than the description. The extra basement livingroom was really nice for our kids. Listed as a 3 bed, 1 bath, but it has 2 full bathrooms. Very private and unique property. Our daughter attends University of Tulsa and it was a short easy walk to campus. Close to restaurants and a quick drive downtown. We will stay here again.

Family wedding in Tulsa

We were all in town for a family wedding. The house was near family so that was convenient for visiting. There was a slight issue with the air conditioner and the host noticed it before even we did. It was fixed right away. It was a lovely home and I wish we could have spent more time there but we were busy with wedding activities.

WEEKEND GETAWAY

Favorite Tulsa VRBO

This is our go to Tulsa home to rent. We have stayed multiple times. We will be back! The property is clean, private and has a lot of hidden gems. All the lighting and audio options are super neat and fun! It takes the stay to a new level.

Easy access to downtown

I stayed here with a friend and my daughter who was coaching at Cox Convention center. The home is beautiful. We were within 10 minutes to anything downtown (Tulsa performings arts, cox, etc). We enjoyed the layout of the home. Just as pictured and surprisingly super private nestled in a neighborhood. We had beautiful weather during our weekend in Tulsa and enjoyed opening the sliding doors and fresh air throughout the home. I will absolutely love to stay here again should we visit Tulsa again. Great place to stay

Really love staying here. This is are second time at this house. We feel very secure with the gated property. The deck is a great place to hang out. The inside of the house is just lovely. Has all the dining needs like salt pepper and other spices.

Fabulous Private Getaway….

We stay in several VRBOs a year and this place was one of the best by far. We just loved it! The home was extremely private, secure, comfortable, and well stocked for every need. The jacuzzi was wonderful. You must stay in this well appointed home.

Comfortable and Classy Home

My husband and I loved this home. The master bed was very comfortable with a ton of pillows. And really cool way he out in something to help the room be extra dark in the morning. It was amazing and we had 2 days we actually got to sleep in! There’s easy to use speakers that connect throughout the home. There’s a private backyard. The place is a fortress. I felt very safe and isolated like our own hideaway. I didn’t want to leave.

Amazing communication

We were due to arrive right after a storm knocked out all electricity city wide. Troy called, warned us that we would likely arrive with no electricity. When it became obvious that the outage would be close to a week, he was so courteous with our refund. 100% would book here again! Beautiful space, respectful host.

Perfect secluded home in the city.

We had a great stay. It felt very secluded while being in the city, and the back patio area was our fav. Also, love your decor and lighting. Great space, lots of accommodation, and well kept. It was perfect for our short hop thru Tulsa.

The ideal vacation rental

This house was ideal for a long weekend in Tulsa! The covered deck is a fantastic space and the house is sensibly stocked with the things you need. We took advantage of the grill, hot tub, and close proximity to great restaurants. 10/10, would stay here again.

Perfect and Spacious Chalet

The property was in great condition, the hot tub and patio were a nice back area and secured. The home is located near downtown and was easily accessible. The home was mostly stocked with kitchen needs. There is only a Keurig maker and no coffee provided in case you use regular coffee or need to bring a KPOD that would be helpful. There are several wonderful local coffee shops nearby as well. Overall, we had an enjoyable and comfortable stay.
